Strange driver, passed various folk on M90 southbound Easter Sunday 8pm near Dron then slowed beside them forcing other motorists to slow down to avoid going into back of slower vehicles ahead. Randomly changed speed between 70 and 90 cut in close in front of others and sat in outside lane flipping indicators left and right repeatedly.

Why do some people insist on having to park right outside their front door?
Even if it means driving across and damaging a communial grassed area
