Driver was swerving all over the road (a55) for 6 miles while I had the displeasure of being undertaken by him. He narrowly avoided collisions by inches he and when he finally came he off he drifted into the had shoulder about half a mile before the ramp. Coincidentally chester races was on today so it wouldnt surprise me if he was driving drunk.
