Stupid woman in a Nissan Qashqai. In left lane heading up Rosemary Ln & stops 2 lanes of traffic because she's not in the correct lane at all. Shifts over in to the next lane & then immediately turns up Church St towards the multi storey car park. Probably stayed in the wrong lane as it was moving quicker. Poor driving.
