The niece has posted that the owner who is her aunt passed away, which is why the car is still parked there. I doubt very much whether parking tickets are a concern at the moment.
Probably gone on holiday. These days the cost of 2 weeks parking (not incluiding them joyride run companies) is probably worse than 14 yellow windscreen trophies.
