Impatient woman in a Land Rover Discovery. Gets to Lancs Uni traffic lights. They're on red & she's straight in to the overtaking lane despite me doing the speed limit in an average speed zone. She's then constantly rolling forward while lights still on red.

I know your car can go faster than that so why are you doing 20 in a 30 with nothing ahead of you?
If you're in that much of a rush to pull out in front of someone then at least do the speed limit.
