One of many Highway Maintenance drivers who flout the law - most I don’t get the chance to catch their registration details but this one couldn’t be bothered to stop at red lights at the M55 Greehhalgh roundabout.
For every one reported I guess there are hundreds of driving offences committed by HM drivers.

31st May 2019. This idiot thinks it’s a good idea to give way to pedestrians without priority immediately after a level crossing (Mitcham Eastfields) and yellow box junction. When tooted at, he stopped the car, got out and approached my car swearing at me aggressively, causing obstruction to the traffic behind. Black Nissan Navarro. Avoid like the plague!
