I don't understand why no one is replying to this message. What is wrong with it.It could happen to you it could happen to any one. One does not feel sympathetic to others also wont receive sympathy.
Pls get on with it and at least give an idea how could this be resolved asap.

If you push a matchstick into his tyre valve it will wedge it open and flatten his tyre. Repeat for all wheels daily until he parks somewhere else.
