At around 8:15 he decided it would be ok to pull out in front of us near a roundabout then pull back in let us drive past him half way then change his mind and pull back out causing us to almost hit the cars around about us.

Wow! Now that's what I call fast!
As a white flash passed me I know something was wrong. The driver was sat in the rear seat kissing his boyfriend while steering with his feet. A poor child was operating the foot pedals at the drivers demand.
