Aggressive and incompetent driver. Tailgating and overtaking dangerously.
Earlier this year, they tailgated then overtook an elderly couple in a small blue car (pictured below), just as they were about to overtake me on a bicycle.
Tonight they were tailgating me whilst I was driving. Hopefully nobody else will be involved when they inevitably bin it.

If you are going to tailgate old people on country lanes and beep at them for no reason, at least have the decency to do it in a decent car.
