Seen driving dangerously and without car for pedestrians in Plymouth city centre. Throwing car round a pedestrianised zone and parking illegally. Woman driver then seen on her phone and doing make up while parked illegally.
I was on my bike going to herons and this driver shouts saying aarararrarggghhhhh trying to scare me off my bike, this also happend a week or 2 ago, get this driver banned!
Terrible driving in Frimley this evening cut up another driver, no indication and nearly caused an accident behind without even noticing
