Caught flytipping in grounds of an old rugby club, and has been seen before doing the same.
Also, MOT certificate has expired.

Heading east bound on towards Dinnington on 15/10/14 around 7:15-7:30AM. Black Fiat Punto speedimg heading west bound on a narrow lane with front fogs on despite weather conditions being good takes off my right mirror. Turned around but driver was long gone.
