Why are you hogging the overtaking lane in the first place?! Highway code states you should not prevent others from over taking and should remain in the left lane unless overtaking. You clearly are not overtaking anyone as the road is clear ahead and for the other driver to undertake. wanna be police!

This red Honda Moped has been seen driving along the A38 Burton on Trent Staffordshire on numerous occasions and only does 30mp. It is ok to be safe but going too slow is a danger to others as they have to swerve out into the second lane as this person is going too slow in the first lane. Please speed up!

No idea what indicators do, can't hold herself in lane for more than 5 seconds without crossing either left or right. No idea about speed limits, 40 in a 60 then 40 in a 30.
