Just seen this asian lady drive over to a quiet area of the Tesco car park and run over a duck and its ducklings. The driver then got out and stamped on the ducklings that she had missed whilst her friends in the car cheered her on.
I have never seen anything so appalling before. I appreciate this isn't a crime however is there someone that I can report this to?

Selfish and inconsiderate parking. When challenged, just pretended nobody was outside knocking on her window, asking her to make space on a crowded car park. I can't believe people like this exist, shameful behavior.
