Sits in lane 2 doing well under the limit, but keeps accelerating when someone tries to pass him on the inside, only to slow again, holding everyone back.

Absolute nutcase
Decided to overtake on a single carriageway 50mph road whilst a JCB was coming towards both of us.
Then once on a 70mph dual carriageway decided to amble along at 60.
Very erratic so avoid.
