Perhaps they thought the blue car had parked up? Around the 14 second mark you could have pulled in to the left..where do you think the BMW driver was going to go? You didn't appear to slow down or pull in. Why make the situation worse? it's not worth it especially these days with some many lunatics with weapons and police cut-backs. Not worth it..

I see this pathetic excuse for a driver has already been mentioned on here. I see her every morning doing at least 50 in a 30 and she still hasn't bothered to tax it.

If you're stuck for conversion, I recommend Freemake Video Converter (freeware). I use it a lot to convert video's off my phone, to make them smaller in size with no noticeable loss in quality (save as MP4 video). Just get it from a "safe/trusted" source as a lot of sizes use what is known as 'containers' putting all kinds of advertising crap on the installer.
