Although I did not see what processed these events, I saw this goon in the grey t-shirt getting out of his car on Martin Street Leicester, walking up to the white car and starting screaming at the elderly couple inside. He was trying to start a fight when the elderly couple clearly wanted nothing more to do with it. When they said they would call the police, he yelled back that he was a "cracked head and just came out of prison". This goon clearly still belongs in prison and doesn't deserve to live freely in society.

Following this car the other day and such a strong smell of marijuana with plumes of smoke coming out of window - am surprised they could see where they were going!
