What a dozy bint in a BMW 218 M Sport. Parked on the cobbles in Dalton Sq waiting on someone, anyone leaving a parking spot. Then when someone in a parking bay starts to move a fraction, this wally puts it in to reverse nearly hitting a pedestrian & then starts getting in the way of other traffic.
