People like this really don't need to be on the road!
Lanes, signals and general laws of the road come a long way down in this guys priorities!
Using right only lanes to overtake traffic to push in and turn right. Tailgating every car that dares to do the speed limit and some of his stunts when overtaking we just outright dangerous!
What makes this even more concerning is that he had two kids in the car at the time!

Frosty-faced cow tailgating me between Bulk Road Lancaster, on the A6 all the way over Greyhound Bridge, Skerton, past Bay Gateway lights, Hest-with-Slyne - all of which is a 30 zone trying to make me go faster and through lights which just turned red, etc.
Eventually she turned into Manor Lane in Slyne-with-Hest which is where another dangerous frosty-faced cow of a driver lives somewhere down that estate.
