If you are a relative or friend of this person, I am sorry to say they are not safe on the road for their sake and other drivers, didn’t properly come out of road turning left when plenty opportunity to do so, person behind obviously thought they had gone and nearly crashed into them, then left indicator on and bad and hesitant road placement throughout.
