Has flat tyre and struggled to get my wheel off, this gent pulled up besides me and let me borrow his breaker bar to get the wheel loose, saved my day

Just pulled out in front of us, then proceeded to.drive at 11mph down a 30mph road. Pulled out onto a 30mph road and decided to drive at 40mph, then entered a 30mph section and drove at 50mph. Think this guy needs to give up driving ASAP
