No parking in front of gates is a pretty simple instruction but obviously doesn't apply to the driver of this vehicle. They do seem to think they are above the law though as shown with their German style registration characters.

Nearly caused an accident I witnessed it too. Luckily the the orange and blue car drivers were fine. The DS driver needs to be careful and needs to learn to merge on the slip road safely NOT drive slow on the slip road then indicate.
