Seen this guy sitting in traffic and rolling along texting and not a quick look. Full novel head down. Absolutely ridiculous. So dangerous
Then sat in right hand lane going dead slow mile gap in front (i guess they think it makes it safe to text but makes them stand out a mile) with traffic desperately trying not to go into them
