I spotted the vehicle going through no entry.
The vehicle stopped and started abusing me including calling me racist and old.
I only highlighted he went through a no entry and that he did a dangerous manoeuvre.
He started recording me whilst calling me racist and that he will report me to the police. Hope he does!

you see that big yellow bollard in the middle of the road? thats what we call a PINCH POINT. Do NOT overtake cyclists inside that and the kerb. Wait behind, then pass. You shot up behind me, slammed on your brakes, then said something out the window as if it was my fault you can't drive. As I said, I own a car and three motorbikes. I drive HGV's too. This makes me a better driver than you. Do it better next time and get your 101 000 mile rover a new exhaust.

Leicester - Driver & Passengers CLEARLY under the influence of cannabis. A strong smell coming from the car made it pretty obvious.
Reported but Police didn't really do much (You would think they would at least take the reg?!)
