Thought I'd uploaded this. I did submit to the police but heard nothing back so posting publicly.
I was slightly to the left of center lane because it was a damp day and there was a metal manhole cover I was avoiding.
Driver overtook into oncoming traffic, I heard them revving due to the gradient and realised he was about to overtake with oncoming traffic, would've been even more dangerous on a flat road where I wouldn't have heard him from so far back and dodged out of the way.
I caught up to him at the roundabout at the top of cleveleys, as he was stuck in a queue of traffic there, where he was honking at a driver for daring to turn near him and impede his progress.

Struggled to park her car after 10 attempts nearly reversed into a gate and another car , no idea how she passed her test ! Get her to retake her driving test !
