Crazy driver. Nearly hit my gran and she got such a fright her false teeth fell out and a dog eat them. Had to wait till the next day to sift through the owners garden to claim them from the dogs mess.

The video depicts a public space, in which it is perfectly legal to film. The person filming is making observations only. No liability is accepted as a result of this video.
Basically, anyone thinking of taking this down for certain reasons including but not limited to a guilty feeling, can just f*ck right off :)
Description (interpreted):
'A young looking hooded figure appears to have dropped a scooter in the middle of the street; effectively blocking access to the road.
As he dropped the bike he dashed away and quickly turned a corner , then begun to slow down whilst adjusting his hood to cover his face!
As I passed him I also noticed a guy on a bicycle heading towards the guy - they appeared to be together! I contacted the police and continued on my way'.

If the owner of that bike is wondering as to why it was lying in the road then no doubt they may draw their own conclusions and 'put the word out' regarding who may or may not be responsible. This is not a call for vigilantism - the police have been notified of the incident. This is simply a call to alert people to what is taking place on our streets so that you can hopefully be better prepared to 'nail this problem on its head' for want of a better phrase ;)

There was no delivery for me, I just unfortunately got caught up in one. The man driving this Van on 22/08/2018 early afternoon, was very arrogant, he blocked a play school entrance while dropping off a package to goldsmiths university (who I will be reporting to also). I work at the art gallery within the refurbishment works where he practically vandalised my car and gave me unlimited attitude when I asked him why he had even touched my car. I do not understand why there are people like this delivering packages in public areas like this, if they do not own the appropriate mannerisms to accommodate. I was absolutely flabbergasted as the van drivers attitude towards me and witnesses were present who can validate all of this, I was threatened when questioning him as I saw he had a 'I don't care' attitude. Either a disciplinary action is required or he should not be allowed to do this job. His behaviour was ridiculous to say the least.
On receipt, please advise how this action will be resolved that it never happens again. I will call the police to log this also.
