Saw this black thing fly past me at 120mph on the motorway in Hampshire, 2 people inside car, what an inconsiderate ARSE-WIPE!!!!

Overtakes by using oncoming lane and breaks the speed limit by 20+ mph by doing so. All in all, completely clueless driver.
