Drives really fast and in the middle of the road on straight/clear roads so that no one can overtake. Also drives right over to the opposite of the road when going around the corner - very dangerous.
An utter utter moron. Made a bus and car reverse even though it was their right of way, because they couldn't / wouldn't reverse. Should not be driving if they can't control their vehicle
Driving on the motorway; c. 10pm; the driver has his phone on a satnav style mount directly in front of him... playing a movie! Also driving erratically and constantly speeding up and slowing down. Clearly driving without due care and attention.
