Didn't like me doing 30mph in a 30mph zone, tail gating dangerously. Vehicle over took very slowly heading out of the 30 zone before reaching a national speed limit but they almost clipped my wing mirror they where so close to my car, and then almost clipped my car pulling in front. Driver clearly has no clue on how to drive safely.

Over took me using a right hand turn only lane to go straight on. Then proceeded to jump red lights at cross roads on Oxford St, Bilston.
This person then decided to race a.n.other road user along the Blackcountry route, past Bilston Baths.

I am aware the driver of the Mercedes LP65YSS was not going to let you in, but you could have easily have slowed and pulled in front of me instead of cutting him up.
Furthermore, when you later decided to start tailgating him for not letting you in that was incredibly silly at 70mph.
