Once again this speeding motorcyclist comes down Slyne Road/Owen Road in Lancaster weaving between the traffic, going over Skerton Bridge at over 40 mph and also jumps a red light on the Caton Road gyratory stretch.
Probably heading towards Garstang where he has been seen doing dangerous manoeuvres as well.
