This driver drove his car without a bumper and headlights. The coolant, oil and fuel was leaking all over the road causing me to crash into a lamppost the lamppost fell over and electrocuted me. I am now in hospital with a crushed in chest.

I can sympathise with this. But the real problem though is the painting of spaces that leave too small a space for the ordinary family saloon.to park in. On the driver's side is a brick wall. He had to park over a bit otherwise he couldn't get out. The other option of course (assuming the car park was packed) would have been for him to have parked forward, so your driver's doors were facing each other and he could have moved further over to the left. That might have worked.
