@James the original post clearly says "almost caused a multi car shunt from HGV behind" the videos shows the camera car stopping without any problem. What is doesn't show is the HGV behind..

I see this driver alot heading towards manor royal in crawley, he is for ever on his phone and that exhaust he has on it sounds awful. Dont worry zach ive reported him hope he gets 6 points only looks young so lets hope its a ban.
