Hi there you appear from your phot to be driving in the outside lane when the inside lane is clear perhaps this is what cause the driver in front to undertake you .
Also using your iphone to take a phot whilst driving along a dual carrage way is not safe and would earn you 3 points if you were to be identified.
Actually Anon read rule 145 of the Highway Code...
"You MUST NOT drive on or over a pavement, footpath or bridleway except to gain lawful access to property or in the case of an emergency."
Laws HA 1835 sect 72 & RTA 198
What happened in the video is the driver mounted the pavement as it was an EMERGENCY - to prevent an accident.
Blue Vauxhall Zafira 2005. Absolute pillock decided to aim at us by driving straight down the middle of the road at us then swerving off at the last minute meaning we had to mount the pavement. We were left shaken because this total bellend decided to do this to us - could have killed us all! It's not funny, it's not clever and if I catch you I'll be shoving your license up your backside because that's where it belongs. We drive down this road on a daily basis so our paths will in no doubt cross again. This will also be reported to the police as the video has been downloaded and saved from our onboard camera.
