Stupid bellend hasn't got a clue what lane to be in so jumps a red from the right turn filter lane and back onto the lane in front, thus taking up the space the driver behind was going to pull into so as not to block the junction.

I don't know what this muppet was on, maybe drunk, he was all over the road, braking for no reason, accelerating towards stationary vehicles at a roundabout, wandering about 2 feet over the white line on a roundabout so I had to take avoiding action, as I was passing on a dual carriageway he started to accelerate to stop me passing but he forgot there was a car in front of him. This muppet is an accident waiting to happen.
