Who the hell drives a Dacia of all things like this. Speeding, tailgating, just followed the leader. Needs to slow down before he blows his car up. Was the last of three that illegally overtook a vehicle driving at the speed limit but frustratingly the only one I could get the reg for. Driver totally oblivious/didn't care.
