This prick was parked on a busy road, causing traffic, when there are 3 free a big car parks 100m in 3 directions.

People like this really don't need to be on the road!
Lanes, signals and general laws of the road come a long way down in this guys priorities!
Using right only lanes to overtake traffic to push in and turn right. Tailgating every car that dares to do the speed limit and some of his stunts when overtaking we just outright dangerous!
What makes this even more concerning is that he had two kids in the car at the time!
