Saw this VW , Black Van lurking outside Blagdon Road, New Malden, seems slightly dodgy. Two individuals were sitting in the van, one male, one female, @ 6:30 ish on Sat 17th of November 2018. Two individuals were looking at movements in households.

Seen driving down St Mildreds Road in Westgate on Sea this morning at around 25mph while texting on her phone. Stupid woman
