Apparently the vehicle belongs to Fed-Ex? Maybe they need to employee people who actually know how to drive responsibly and understand the correct driving rules on English roads?

Thank you Anon, I will follow it up. I was not aware that the Police can act upon dashcam footage. The main concern is the pedestrian. This was out of order. Thank you for your input. It is greatly appreciated!

Oh it does make me cringe that I left the sound on... After switching from a lower quality dash cam I got in the habit of saying the registration and what was happening...

as a cyclist, I can state with full confidence that he is very respectable of others, self aware and left me lots of room on me and my little bike, cheers
