Parks in resident parking permit holders area and just made derogatory comments when politely asked to move his car to the 2 hr wait section of the road so that I could park where I live and have a paid for parking permit. Had children in the car so setting a very bad example. Must be repeat offender as told the children they were in trouble for parking again.

Orange ST chav focus driven by Mr mid life crisis cuts across to lanes on a12 to get off cutting off a hgv. he then decides to pet his little dog which jumps all over him. GJ13 EOK, Terrible parking and parked the wrong way on a one way road! Half in the road making it hard for people to get past!!
