I'm in a dispute with my neighbour so I had some gravel delivered to block him in his drive (he blocks me in when he parks on street) I then put it on Facebook and reported it to the Daily Mail. Don't mess with me!

From what i have read you're basically bashing this guy for having an old car unless i'm missing something, best you leave the guy alone considering he's done nothing wrong from what i have read so far.

Dark grey Beemer with the worst attempt at ghost plates I've ever seen - front is total darkness and the back not much better.

Come on Bradford Police get this guy legal - he's driving like he's stolen it, and has the ghost plates to go with that behaviour
