Parking in a place where it clearly says 'NO PARKING ZONE' either the guy is blind or doesn't give a toss about his new Hyundai. Probably thinks it's a charging station for his car.

Driver is incredibly dangerous and cut across lanes multiple times in Ashford, Kent. The gentleman driver was straying between the lines and cut across lanes. If it wasn’t for the surrounding drivers quick reactions and taking evasive action, there would have been an accident where I feel he may have failed a breathalyser test.
