Driving home though Stourbridge tonight and this is another driver sat on their 'phone on an busy road in the

The driver finds it perfectly acceptable to have their number plate written out as G MO9GAN - which, to be honest, fair play, they managed to find your name (more or less) - but WHY can't they just adhere to the same LAW as everyone else. I cannot abide people who operate in this same world as the rest of us - just with an inflated sense of entitlement. The plate is, and should be: GM09 GAN. If the driver foolishly paid a lot of money to possess this plate, simply because, with a bit of illegal 'jiggery pokery', it could 'technically' spell out their name, then more fool them. To top it off, they either have no indicators, or just do not care a jot about others. Indeed, surely it is the later. Of course, the 'rules' around number plates simply apply to everyone else - not them; remember, they are specially entitled people. The absence of indication was coupled with excessive speed, lane 'darting' and a broken headlight. All in all, this driver needs to have their understanding of citizenship, and their own relative importance in the population, rebaselined; preferably via having their vehicle crushed and their license withdrawn.

Selfish twat parked in front of my drive which is tricky to do because of the fence and weird angle it’s at. Beeped him as I came up. Appeared asleep or dead but with engine running. Did not move.
Got out my car to see if he was dead or alive and met with. “Oh I was asleep I didn’t hear you beep. Not illegal to park here because my engine running.” Okay I reply but can you move it, it’s a bit inconsiderate that you’ve done that and there are plenty of spaces. So he doesn’t because of a lorry the other side apparently. WTF. Really rude man who then whilst I’m carrying my son proceeds to tell me that he hopes my life stinks and that 2018 will be a shit one for me!
Honestly. So cross. I took a photo of his car and he threatened me with the police.
