This van came out of the Caritas care place on tulketh road and then was speeding down tulketh road. I was doing exactly 30mph and he was moving away rapidly. Aggressive driving too. Not that it mattered cos I caught him at the lights so he decides it's OK to speed with disabled people in the bus I Googled caritas to find out about them. Schools back now and he was risking kids lives too. Time 10.18. Driver grey haired older man 50s black fleece you are a disgrace and reported to your bosses once I get back to depot I'll have my boss review vans dash cam and see if this is a police matter as I'm sure they can work your speed out from my calibrated dash cam!
