If the problems aren't coming from native idiots then they're coming from people who seem to have no brains or morals and live under a rock all their life before being allowed in. A particular problem is some people from Asia and Eastern Europe, who literally cannot drive for crap and have the manners of pigs, basically. A swamp culture, you might say. And they have the same shrewd, selfish attitudes to business as well as family planning. They breed like rabbits and blame other people for the problems this creates.
