The drivers of this car, speed in 30mph areas whilst on the phone. They also drive with young children in the front seat without boosters or restrained by seat belts. I have never seen the drivers wearing seatbelts either. I have reported them numerous times to the police. They also 'park' their car in the middle of a cul-de-sac blocking access for other residents to the garage area and are generally selfish in their attitude.

This woman is a fat drunk! She doesn't care who she hurts. She doesn't care about kids & drive so fast past my daughter the pony spooked & she fell off. Police don't seem to want to know!

Believe I saw this trollop driving down carshalton road blaring music then he honked at a horse rider and sped past, the poor girl is lucky she wasn't thrown off. This monster doesn't deserve a license
