Saw this car parked in a parent and child space in m&s although a young couple got into the car with no child - don't use a space you aren't entitled to
I see this driver alot heading towards manor royal in crawley, he is for ever on his phone and that exhaust he has on it sounds awful. Dont worry zach ive reported him hope he gets 6 points only looks young so lets hope its a ban.
James your right about this driver, ive seen him a couple times late at night on the m23 doing well over 100mph. I hope you have reported him to operation crackdown like i have.
