I was leaving the arcade in Brighton and I saw a lady in this car on her phone paying no attention to the zebra crossing, nearly ran my buggy over with my 2 month old daughter.
I was walking down the streets of Brighton and I saw this black mini Cooper. The driver, a lady in her mid twentys was on her phone as well as speaking to a camera obscuring her vision.
