What an absolute knob jockey. This idiot in a Toyota Hilux is at the lights where the red X is. He's then changed his mind about the route he's taking & follows the red line - mounts the pavement completely, drives across it & pushes his way in front of a car that is stationary at the other set of lights with the yellow X.
Car is taxed and has MOT so probably not a gypsy but a prick all the same.

Driving your grey van along the pavement is dangerous and is an offense. It also totally disregards the safety of blind people and children.
Park your van either in one of the free spots nearby (which were available) or pay for parking. Driving along the pavement is dangerous and it is people like you who have caused the cracks. You are not above the law.
