Utter prick driver. Comes out of sidestreets without looking, hitting a cyclist. Instead of looking after the cyclist he just hit, he's more concerned about the damage to his car, caused by his own reckless driving behavior. He even threatens the cyclist and asks him to "pay for the damage to his car".
