Motorcycle going way above the speed limit gets frustrated and revs and throws signs at a new driver with visible P plates as the driver struggled to climb a hill. Resulted with driver going 15 mph under the limit and the biker being aggressive and speeding off

Parked across pavement on busy road leaving elderly, disabled, and children very vulnerable.

Parked in the handicap spot outside Co-op in Leaminton. Shouted abuse at my wife (who walks on crutches) when she called him out on it, as I was helping her up the tall curb. Real piece of work.
