Very late indicating - luckily I wasn't following too near but still had to brake sharply to prevent going into the back of them

Idiot falsely accused our college bus driver that she hit his wind mirror when she didn’t. This guy is probably trying to get insurance money, if he argues with you about hitting his car then report him.
1. He was tailing us from the very back of our bus without much room for ages and if we slammed our breaks for any reason he would’ve slammed in the back of us.
2. There was 0 damage to his mirror
3. The speed we were LEGALLY going would’ve easily wiped his mirror clean off if we really did hit him.
4. If we hit him the bus would’ve sent a signal about the impact to let the driver know.
5. Our driver was being chill and offered to exchange details.
6. This guy after we ‘supposedly’ hit him drove in front of our bus full of kids and blocked us off by stopping diagonally at the traffic lights.
7. Guy acting tough and aggressive and tries to open our bus door, which the driver refused to do for the safety of all the people in the bus.
8. After asking if he wanted her details he backed off
9. Our bus was a private bus with no company name on and he just drove off, if we really hit him, why refuse details and why drive off if you don’t know who to call about our private bus?
10. Avoid at all cost!
